convenient location good choice

The hotel is near wanfujing street. I could shop and eat easily. the metro station was close, so getting around was CONVENIENT. i found this hotel to be a good choice.

the receptionist laughed at me. it was a little embarrassing.

the hotel location is very convenient for shopping since it is near wangfujing shopping area. clean rooms are provided. there is also a robot which delivers requests promptly to the room (this was very helpful).

automated controls efficient check-in attentive staff

the room included automated controls for lights and curtains it added a futuristic feel to the stay. the check-in process was quick and efficient i appreciated the flexibility. i found the staff very helpful and attentive they met all my needs with a smile.

the room felt a bit smaller compared to how it was in the photographs i saw online.

convenient location helpful staff small room cigarette smell

the location was really convenient, just a short walk to the wangfujing street. the hotel staff were generally helpful too. i found their english was good enough for basic communication.

The room was quite small, not much space for luggage. there was also a noticeable cigarette smell in the bathroom. It wasn't overpowering, but it was still there.
